A couple weeks ago I was fortunate enough to travel back home to Vancouver before I started a new job!  Luckily I was able to stop by a graffiti spot that I had been scouting out to shoot at for over a year.  I knew that the graffiti was in Granville Island, but there weren’t any addresses tied to the graffiti wall, so we had to go on a scavenger hunt just to find it!  After some minutes of running around Granville Island and asking random people for help, my mom and I found the artwork near a dance studio.  The graffiti wall consisted of a rectangle block of black with some simple stenciling of ‘Love… is/allows/conquers/’, allowing people to fill in the rest of the phrase.  To compliment the beautiful black & white mural, I decided to wear a bright fuschia dress and black loafers that I had recently found on sale at Urban Outfitters.  The dress has a beautiful lace back and was on sale for only $40!  I love the dress so much that I’m tempted to buy the dress in different colours online haha!  :)  I also decided to rock my new floral purse that I recently found in NYC at DSW for only $25.  Talk about bargain shopping! :D

I just had to keep in the last photo where my mom had her thumb slightly over the camera lense.  This blog post would not have happened without her awesome help! :)
