Screw Tha Fruit – [Candy Bar Blondie Pie]

This recipe is probably one of the easiest, least amount of prep, still tastes so good kinda thing that I have baked!  A friend sent me over an example that they had seen off of Buzzfeed and I just had to try it for myself.  The recipe concept requires very little ingredients, but involves a lot of chocolate which made for a great excuse to visit Bulk Barn! :P  I purchased my favourite chocolate bar, Twix, and added some Rolo, and M&Ms to my basket.  I was too lazy to make the pie shell from scratch, so I instead picked up a frozen one at the grocery store.  I did make the blondie pie mix from scratch, but another easy short cut that you could do is to substitute in some pre made cookie dough.  All in all, I was happy with how the pie turned out, given the minimal amount of prep that was required!  Fitting with the recent N.W.A. movie that’s been released, I say Screw Tha Fruit for this pie! :)
