Brooklyn: Prospect Park.

Over the weekend I was lucky enough to travel to New York to visit my sister.  During one of the days we decided to train over to Brooklyn to hit up Smorgasburg, a popular weekend destination that showcases 100+ local and regional food trucks.  I’ve hit up this popular market before, but during a Saturday where it’s located on the Williamsburg waterfront, so it was my first time visiting the Prospect Park location.  While walking through the park toward the food truck market we stumbled upon a cool looking building and stopped by after grabbing lunch to take some pictures.  With Spring temperatures slowly rolling in and the sun shining brightly that day, I decided to wear a turtle neck sweater to keep warm while dawning a black blazer to contrast against the ripped boyfriend jeans.  To add some length to the loose boyfriend jeans I opted to go with some basic black booties.  Let’s hope this warmer weather is here to stay! :)

Also make sure you stop by ‘Home Frite’ truck at Smorgasburg, you will not regret the purchase or the wait in line!! Make sure you get an extra serving of chipotle aoli dipping sauce too. :P
