Lynn Loop Trail.

Last weekend I made a short trip back to Vancouver and was able to hit up a quick 1.5 hour trail called Lynn Loop in North Vancouver.  Luckily the rain held off for the hike and the temperatures reached almost 15 degrees with the sun peaking out throughout the hike.  Overall the trail had mild elevation and is a great path to run through if you’re looking for something relatively flat.

After the hike, we hit up an awesome juice bar/cafe called Buddha-Full in North Vancouver.  The cafe serves vegan and gluten-free menu offerings ranging from soups to wraps to salads, and has an awesome earthy and relaxing vibe inside.  I ended up ordering the smashed avocado on sourdough toast and it was delicious!  I also had a bite of the Aloha-Poke Buddha Bowl and it was also extremely yummy.  On the way out we grabbed a couple treats, definitely get the gluten-free chocolate cookie (so soft and chewy), you will not regret it!
